I found the following on an abandoned Yahoo Group. Apparently it’s from the 1970s House of Hammer magazine. Issue 7 to be precise. Both script and artwork are by Dave Gibbons of Watchmen fame.

Now, normally I wouldn’t post something here which had previously appeared in any publication associated with 2000ad, but when the following story appeared in the 2000ad Action Special in 1992, the then publishers were unknowingly using characters which they themselves did not own the copyright to. This means the stories printed in the special are unlikely ever to be reprinted elsewhere.
What follows is my favourite strip from that particular publication, a Cursitor Doom story, (of whom you can read more of by clicking this link), and a nicely twisted little tale it is too.
Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you “The Man Who Died Every Day“…

You’ve been a wonderful audience. Thank you and Goodnight. 😉

Well I don’t know what the delay is, but you’ve probably noticed that Mr. McNasty is taking a while to upload more installments of The Thirteenth Floor. While we’re waiting, I thought I’d post a story from the 1987 Eagle Annual.

Hopefully, normal service will resume shortly, until then…

This short story is taken from the Scream holiday special 1986.
