Aside from the free pdf version, nope. I just picked the lowest priced shipping option when ordering mine. It means they’re not liable if it gets lost in the post, but I didn’t have any problems with it. Cost £3 and got to me in about a week in perfect condition.

Okay I found the link to the PDF and have now read every page. It’s great guys – I remember when issue #1 was just a “what if” conversation on the original forum. Well done for making it happen and for doing such a great job!
