| The cruel world had turned its back on poor Terry Corman. Locked away in the attic for most of his life with no contact with the outside world, Terry was never taught the difference between right and wrong. His appearance made people fear him and his brute strength made him a rampaging creature of destruction. Uncle Terry was a very popular character. Readers were allowed to see the true side of his personality, instead of the insane murderer he was portrayed as by the police, and what we saw was an honest person who needed caring for. This pathetic hulk was a victim of society and although he killed many people it was mostly self-defense. |
