Well series 1 has ended and I have to say I quite enjoyed it. Looking forward to series 2 now, there seems to be a lot of scope for storylines with this setup, I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of the characters meet grisly ends and are replaced by "new acquisitions"...

Okay ep5 was pretty good - nice story arc with the preacher/schizophrenic. Looks like next week we see the return of the shotgun guy too. So far this has not been an excellent series by any stretch, but it's very watchable.

Well I'm 3 (or is it 4?) episodes in now and it's already started to lose it's lustre. There's simply nothing of interest going on - they form a group, they live together for a bit, they split, they're threatened so they re-group - that's pretty much the entire plot over 4 hours worth of TV.

There's still the "secret experiment" plot strand to tidy up which could be extrememly lame or could equally give the whole tired storyline a good twist at the end. If I was a betting kinda guy I know what option I'd put my money on...

In summary - and so far - this gets 3 stars out of 5 - a good attempt but falls well short of greatness.

The emptiness is a bit too empty if you ask me. In reality there would be far more dead bodies lying around. The dead folk that you do see every now and then are far too healthy looking too. These are people who've died of a horrible, icky virus and then just lay there for a few days, but they just look a bit pale.

It's certainly not terrible though. Watchable enough so far, but I've got a feeling I might lose interest before the end.

Watched ep1 and enjoyed it - could go either way though - hope they develop the story in a clever way and keep some of that uneasy feeling and eerie emptiness.

Ok, watched it and enjoyed it. Got the potential to be a really great series.
