The greatest vampire ever to walk this earth Count Dracula was one of the main characters of Scream. Drac terrorized much of England, feeding off those who got in his unstoppable way. He had the ability to change into all sorts of creatures and had control over many faithful servants and other creatures of nature. He was hard as nails and continued his blood-sucking adventures into the Scream holiday specials.

The Count was hunted by Colonel Starkis an ex KGB operative with a vendetta against the blood sucking brute. Starkis came close on many occasion to catching Dracula but never managed to get the final nail in the coffin.
